Head of the interactive team producing apps for the property industry, over various platforms including iOS, Android and Windows. Responsible for hiring key creative and development talent for the IT and interactive departments of the company.

Produced 2D and 3D applications for tablets such as the iPad, and for VR platforms such as HTC Vive and Oculus Rift, including integration with bespoke LED-based lighting systems for lighting control of physical models. Constructing software with Unity, Unreal Engine 4, and web-based technologies, whilst producing assets with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and 3ds Max.

Building interactive applications for large-format touch screens and video-wall displays - HD, 4K and beyond.

Built a web-based communication / project management system, the Portal, utilized by both external and internal customers. Featuring, but not limited to, news / articles, galleries, contacts, image processing, project / proposal tracking, and a client front-end for reviewing projects.

Developed the CMS back-end for use with apps (through a REST API) and consulted with external customers on third-party systems, typically Salesforce integration. Image, text and video uploads and processing for target devices (iOS, Android and Windows), upload and manage plots using spreadsheets, release builds of apps, and manage client access.

Implementation and management of the IT infrastructure across the company - Two sites in London, and one in Dublin. Specifying and building workstations, servers and network infrastructure.

Fostering relationships with IT suppliers for in-house and project-based hardware needs, including a long-standing relationship with SCAN the leading supplier of computer hardware and components in the UK. Attending IT events to stay abreast of the latest technology trends and networking opportunities, with special attention to the display and video technology industry.

Building and maintaining the IT infrastructure including server administration, networking, web development, and software management. Design, programming and maintenance of the company intranet which is comprised of bespoke tools for image and project management. Creating scripts for 3ds Max and Photoshop to ease and enhance production work flow.

Designed and built the image database, Gobotree, for use both internally and online. Managed animation projects, being part of the storyboarding, development, compositing, editing and camera tracking process. Creative direction in the design of the VitalSigns phone application for the Imperial College NHS- can be found on iTunes.

Administrator of the London Model, which involved; Creating and managing 3d model data, incorporating 3rd party models, collecting data on planning applications, creating tools to ease workflow, solving technical hurdles associated with large datasets, and creating images/animations.

Producing Maxscripts for rendering and asset management. Writing tutorials and technical guides on 3ds max and V-Ray, as well as giving 1-to-1 and group session support for internal customers. Involved in field photography and on-site data collection. Developing standards for modelling, materials, lighting and rendering, that impacted positively on production throughout the company.
